Among the vineyards of the Colli Berici, in a beautiful seventeenth-century farmhouse, we organise tastings and guided tours for those seeking an authentic wine experience. A journey that begins among the vines and continues in the winery where the wine takes shape, concluding in the warm tasting room with views of the territory or in the garden, weather permitting.
Each visit is a moment to discover our way of working, to see up close the terracotta amphorae and concrete tanks used for fermentation, and to taste the wines accompanied by local products.
We do not organise standardised tastings: every encounter is personally guided and built around the curiosity and interests of those taking part.
We organise several types of tasting, designed to meet different needs: from the quick tasting for those with little time, to the full experience for those who wish to explore in depth, including a format dedicated to young people between 18 and 28 years old. All tastings take place by reservation.
Ideal for those with little time who want to taste our wines before purchasing them. A quick and direct tasting, perfect for those passing through the area.
Our classic tasting. A journey that starts in the garden, continues in the winery where we explain the amphora winemaking method, and concludes with the tasting of three wines accompanied by a board of local products. The right amount of time to get to know the winery and our wines.
The complete experience. In addition to the wines from the classic range, we taste a special reserve or a historic vintage not normally available for purchase. Each wine is accompanied by a pairing designed especially for it. The tour also includes a visit to the ancient cellar of the seventeenth-century residence, an evocative space that tells the story of the place.
A tasting designed for young enthusiasts approaching the world of wine. An introductory journey with a guided tour and tasting of three wines, at an accessible price.
For groups of 12 to 60 people, we organise bespoke tastings and events. We can structure the experience based on the group’s needs, with different formats and additional services.

Tasting here means living where the wine is born, understanding how it is made, getting to know who produces it. You enter a normally closed space, touch the amphorae where the grapes ferment, see the concrete tanks. You smell the aromas. You ask questions directly.
All of this is discovering a territory. The Colli Berici, the vineyards that change colour with the seasons. A silent landscape where you can still hear the birdsong, the barking of roe deer crossing the rows of vines. And then you taste in the place where the wine was born, with local products and with the time to understand.
A gift like this leaves a different memory. Not only the flavour of the wine, but the entire experience. For a birthday, an anniversary, or simply because someone wants to know how wine is made.
The voucher can also be purchased in advance and used whenever you like. Just book ahead.

When we taste a wine in its context, perception changes. It is not only about taste: elements come into play that we do not normally consider. Seeing the vineyards from which the grapes come, touching the amphorae where fermentation took place, talking with the person who followed every stage of production. These elements are not folkloristic details: they are information that the brain integrates into the tasting experience, modifying and amplifying the way we perceive flavours.
A wine tasted at the winery has a story you can see, touch, breathe. You know where the grapes come from, you understand why it has that colour, that fragrance, that structure. And this awareness changes the way you savour it. It is not suggestion: it is the concrete result of having access to the complete context. Here are the four elements that make a tasting at our winery unforgettable:
We are not a tourist winery. We are producers who open their doors to share what we do. Every visit is personally guided, told with passion and without a script.
The winery is located within a farmhouse built in 1608, which preserves the atmosphere and original architecture. The tasting room is housed in a restored space that respects the historic characteristics of the building.
During the visit you can concretely see the terracotta amphorae, the concrete tanks, the small tonneaux. You understand what it means to vinify with spontaneous fermentation, without selected yeasts, following the rhythms of nature.
The Colli Berici, and Val Liona in particular, is a still little-known territory, with a landscape of vineyards, woods and hills. A winery visit is also an opportunity to discover this part of the Veneto, far from the most beaten tourist trails, and to gather information on walking and cycling routes and local points of interest.
A seventeenth-century residence among the vineyards. Intimate spaces with views of the Colli Berici. The possibility of organising an event where wine is not just a detail, but part of the experience.
The winery and the spaces of the historic residence are available for private events that call for a different atmosphere: for those who seek authenticity rather than a stage set for the occasion.
Capacity: up to 90 people outdoors (depending on the type of event)
Period: spring, summer, autumn (April to October) with capacity up to 90 people. Winter with a maximum capacity of 20 people.
